D'ailleurs, un bloggeur de IAMULTIMATE (Rahil) avait prédit que ce match allait possiblement être le match à regarder de la deuxième journée, voire même LE match du mixte durant le tournoi :

Également, l'un des joueurs vedette de TFP, Mark Leduc, nous a confié sur FACEBOOK que ce match était l'un des plus intense et spirit auquel il a pris part durant sa carrière : ...Specifically because I only remember maybe 5-6 calls (I
think it was the fewest of any game we played) and it was a fast, exciting,
offensive dominated game with lots of hucks. I heard from lots of spectators that it was one of the
best games that they had ever watched.
